- 110 lb x 12 reps (+16 pts)
- 110 lb x 12 reps (+16 pts)
- 110 lb x 10 reps (+16 pts)
Leg Extensions +55 pts
- 125 lb x 12 reps (+18 pts)
- 125 lb x 12 reps (+18 pts)
- 125 lb x 15 reps (+19 pts)
Machine Bench Press +148 pts
- 140 lb x 12 reps (+51 pts)
- 140 lb x 10 reps (+50 pts)
- 140 lb x 7 reps (+47 pts)
Standing One-Arm Landmine Press +59 pts
- 45 lb x 10 reps (+59 pts)
- Didn’t count the bar weight. Just the plate weight.
Landmines +31 pts
- 25 lb x 22 reps (+31 pts)
- Just the plate weight. Also: did these and the presses solely because some jack wagon parked all the dumbbell benches in the landmine corner. Will not track moving furniture, it was too much fun.
